WORKOUT 1

Cardio/core/inner thigh toning

Equipment needed: 2-3lb ankle weights

Time Needed: 60-90 minutes

WORKOUT 2

Cardio/core/booty toning (not booty building)

Equipment needed: 2-3lb ankle weights and a washcloth or sliding discs

Time Needed: 60-90 minutes

WORKOUT 3

Cardio/abs/inner thigh/hamstring toning

Equipment needed: Washcloth or sliding discs

Time Needed: 45-60 minutes

WORKOUT 4

Arms/chest/upper back/core toning

Equipment needed: 2-5lb dumbells

Time Needed: 45-60 minutes

MODEL YOGA FLOW

Where muscle meets Yoga. Boost metabolism and build lean toned muscle as you move through our carefully crafted yoga flows. You’ll combine the killer core and hips whispering magic of John Benton with Vinyasa Yoga sequencing and mindful breathing from KT The Yogi to intensify each move while lengthening your muscles. We’ll finish with a deep stretch, leaving you invigorated and ready to tackle the day.
